Once payment is received you will be sent your unlock code in less than 24 hours (usually less than 3). These codes that must be entered carefully into your mobile phone as on most Nokia's you only have 5 attempts to enter the codes after which you phone can only be unlocked using a cable.  Codes are calculated based on the information you provide, while we offer email support to all customers our liability will not extend past the price paid for your unlocking code.  Please do not even ask us about changing the IMEI on your phone, this is illegal and we will simply ignore your email.

Remember to send your phone details (IMEI, Model and Model of Phone, Network Locked to) with your payment.
